PROTEST AGAINST THE VISIT OF THE MEXICAN TORTURER IN Seoul 17TH OF JUNE.
The governor of Jalisco State, Mexico,Franciso Ramirez Acu�a , will visit Seuol,on 17th of June to inaugurate an exhibition in the latinamerican art museum.
We urge you to protest against his presence,because he is responsable for THE BRUTAL REPRESION AND TORTURE, to which were subjected the detained of 28th may protests against the European and Latinamerican summit in Guadalajara, Mexico.
There were 111 detained,some of them heavily injured by police brutality, who were neglected adequate medical atention.
They were subjected to tortures that remeber the scenes of Abu Gharib.
The women were obligated to totally undressed themselves, to make exercises and threatened with violation.
Also some men were threatened with violation, and given elektroshocks in their testicles.
The detained have been beaten with a bat covered with foamy in order to not let any signs on the skin, and simultuanosly a plastic bag was put on their heads.
They were obligated to wash their hands with urines from the WC,also if they had to use the bathroom the policemen took the oportunity to beat them.
They were left for 2 days without food and water,they were not allowed to sleep and comunicate with friends,family or a lawyer.
They were forced to sign false declarations under torture.
We think it is necesary international pressure and therefore we ask you to protest in all cities visited by Ramirez Acuna on his Asian Tour,demanding respect for human rights and liberty for the political prisoners in Mexico.
