World Conference by NGOs Against Racism speeds up her voice all over the world

The World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance will take place in Durban, South Africa, from 31 August to 7 September 2001.
The WCAR will focus on action-oriented and practical steps to eradicate racism, including measures of prevention, education and protection and the provision of effective remedies.
It is said that this conference will be a unique and important opportunity to create a new world vision for the fight against racism in the 21st century.
Meanwhile, "Delegation from 4 Korean social groups already arrived in Durban, South Africa to get in the swing of foreign NGOs for gaining momentum of clearing issues of disparity in domestic towards foreign workers, who suffered under harsh guideline such as 'dismissal of refugee's status, discrimination-prejudice against mixed blood, foreigner industry-working program system¡° said one staff of Equality Trade Union.
"We also let conference participants know reality why Koreans got irritated by Japanese
administration's distortion of textbook, gathering together with other South-East regional delegation for censuring Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi's maverick appearances in these days" she added.
A news report from Hankyoreh daily in Korea has it that delegations from Korea composed of Equality Trade Union, Group for Human Rights and Lawyers for a Democratic Society.
