June, 26th (Seoul, Korea)= Chongwadae, nation's top-level power group, put one civilian activist into custody just for being there, although he asked cabinet members for writing down a contents of nation-level discussion.
It's a fact that this activist of People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy, only wanted the cabinet to keep memorandum while every talk and files of conversation, have been thrown away into trash bin without any publicity.
In the meantime, "People's Solidarity for Participatory Democracy, nation's most biggest influential NGO, is expected to take strong measure to inform publicity of this incident" one civic activist said.
