New Power Group Leading the 21C of Korea
As it is ofte n said, 10 years even hacnge the shape of a mountain. The world is changing and thereby, the power has naturally shifted from one froup to another. And the speed of achange is becoming rapid. New power groups have been formed to lead Korea in the 21 st century in accordance with the changing world. New power group areestablishing their profound postitions with people being aware of what is happening to them.

It has been almost 10 years ago since the Power-Shift written about by Alvin Toffler, was established. Toffler's analysis of the revolutionary the future though the book and explained that the nature of a power shift is not simply from person-company-country. How will the world and society change during the next 10 years?
Nowaday society is become more and more dependent on knowledge and as humans approach the end of the twentieth century, the impact of information technology is apparent in many aspects of people's daily lives - at home and at work, in shops and banks, in schools, colleges and universities. New uses of information processing and automation are spreading, while people are wondering how best to use them and how they or their children will be affected by them.
World Media Network, a companion company to World Media Live, an international press syndicate, announced its Power Center which is a 127 lists of the effective persons and companies though out the world. Linking 23 world-class newspapers around the globe, World Media Network is a powerful medium for the gathering and distribution of news and feature stories. Nintendo, McDonalds, Microsoft, Human Ganome Project (map of D.N.A), computer virus, Green Peace, Dabos Forum, George Soros, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace and Human Frontier are examples from the Power Center list. This list shows a new power which could not even be conceived by established notions. This list shows that the heart of power is shifting from politics to the knowledge industry.
The Collapse of the manufacturing industry, explosion of the information and technology industry, the super-speed procedures of the third industry revolution, the appearance of a knowledge based society, the dominance of the globe by borderless capital and a big-bang of citizen power. All of these phenomena are being heard from and as a result have become familiar to people. However, there were those individuals who were conscious of these concepts even ten years ago.
Before inquiring as to the new power, understanding what kind of desire people have these days is the first step. This is because anything which satisfy desire has the potential to be the fountain head of all potential power. Satisfying desires has become the new wealth making system and it has on the market recently, for example, is an example of new power itself because it restores the power of the weak man. Conclusions have been made that this same man most likely recovered more power in the household after six months of using Viagra.
The Map of Power is changing. The speed at which power travels is so fast that leaders cannot lead it themselves ; they must merely follow it.
