UN should adjust or settle of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace, by peaceful means and in conformity with the justice and international law.

We, human rights and peace-loving people, express our condolences to all victims by the horrific attacks of September 11. We believe that terrors which have taken civilians' lives can never be justified by any cause.
At the same time, we cannot help expressing our objection about US' reprisal war against Afghanistan. Furthermore, it is more dangerous that many states in the world join the war led by US.
Who provided the coordination, the planning and the funding of the terror hasn't yet been proven. If evidence was amassed, the persons who are responsible for terror should be brought to the justice. War cannot be the means of punishment.
US' reprisal war violates the international law. All members of UN have the obligations of seeking all peaceful means to settle the dispute in such a manner that international peace and security are not endangered. Moreover, war will only lead to additional deaths and the suffering of civilians as well as an endless cycle of violence. If other states join the war, we cannot exclude the possibility of new world war.
UN Charter article 1 says that the purposes of United Nations is to maintain international peace and security. To that end, UN should adjust or settle of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace, by peaceful means and in conformity with the justice and international law.
We request UN to fulfil its purpose of maintaining international peace and security, with the peaceful intervention. Furthermore, we urge that UN should identify the roots of this terror and make all possible efforts to establish the international peace.
