The three organizations in the following have delivered a jointly written opinion statement to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cheong Wa Dae (the official residence of Korean President) on the 18th afternoon standard Korean time, right before the Korea-America Diplomatic Ministerial Conference in dawn of the 19th.
The three organizations opinion on supporting and backing up the American Governments conduct of a war announcement through the Diplomatic Ministerial conference is inadvertent and it is inappropriate.
The reason to the fact that participating and supporting this war is impetuous at the moment is because repaying through a war will form a vicious circle and the person who is back of this terror is not even identified yet. We the three organizations are especially concerned about the effects on the maintenance of peace and stability on the Korean peninsula and therefore we order a prudent correspondence from the Korean government.
We the three organizations, urge this situation to be solved in a peaceful way and we will expand our thoughts through a jointly opposition on the armed attack and war.

Make prudent confrontation on American governments practice war support demonstration

Rational voices through out the world, even from those living in America is appealing that repaying through a war will only form a vicious circle, and it will not end the terrorism nor bring out peace.
In this situation, the Korea-America Diplomatic Ministerial Conference that will be held on the 19th dawn (Standard Korean Time) will be an important conference; which will discuss on both countries collaboration in settlements of the terrorism and in peace, and promoting the peninsulas peace progress within the sudden international situation jolting.

Therefore KWF, PSPD and KFEM are delivering this message to the Korean government just before the Korea-America Diplomatic Ministerial Conference, along with a demand of an intelligent and a cautious choice of reacting to this situation.
Expressing through the Ministerial Conference on supporting and backing up the American Governments conduct of a war announcement is inadvertent and inappropriate.

The world is in a progress of gathering the most efficient way to solve this situation in peace. Therefore supporting and backing up the American Governments conduct of a war announcement is inadvertent and inappropriate, it is going over board.
For the peerless cold war that ran and is now slowly taking its first step towards peace, the peninsula will have effects through the international situation. However the amount of a war it would turn out to be, we believe that the diplomats keep the nations security and keeping peace for the peninsula is the number one priority in this unconfirmed situation, in their minds.
Therefore supporting with the combat fighters or even non-combat fighters dispatch of troops with supplies funds related to the war that America declared, is inappropriate. Even if when America requests it stoutly, we hope to count on demonstrating our diplomatic wisdom full of humane and support collaboration on terror-extermination.
About the diplomatic wisdom, we hope that the Korean government will show the Korean peoples compassion to the victims who lost their friends and family through this terror and it is necessary to show our support that regardless the amount, we will support them in a humane way. We also believe that it is necessary to show our will on exterminating terrorism and war but to settle out peace with international cooperation. We also would like to confirm on helping out on finding the terrorist of this act of terrorism and give every effort on bringing the terrorist into the right punishment.
Lastly, we hope that our government will keep the peoples security in this situation and process the south-north conference in a fortitude attitude to isolate whatever effects it will come towards peace in peninsula. Despite the situation, it is inspiring that the south-north ministerial conference turned out to be a success. Although the world was in shock, the Korean people took off their anxiety through the successful south-north ministerial conference.
