The Government Employees Pension Corporation (GEPC), the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs (MOHAGA) and the Ministry of Labor (MOL) announced Sunday that they will establish a job bank for the first time ever and will start operating from the end of this month in order to help retired officials be re-employed. From August 7 the agencies will accept job hunting cards from retired civil servants who wish to be recruited again and construct a human-resources database.

They revealed that they are planning to start in earnest helping those who were retired or laid off to find jobs beginning from the end of this month. When the job bank opens, any government employees including those in educational and police sector who retired under the age limit voluntarily, and are entitled to the law of government employees pension, will be able to apply for a position.
