Jeon Eden

Big eyes lady, her name is Jeon Eden who looks like small as middle school girl. As Korean custom, even her surname came first, do not confused her nationality. She came from Philippine.
June, in this year, who came to Korea with special reason changed her name, Eden Soliman Bansiyeg to Jeon Eden after marred Jeon Seong-kug in 11. November. When I met the couple in the Philippines party, even I did not announce my presentation, they gave me big smile. I could recognize Jeon-seong Kug is a great helper of Philippines migrants is her husband during the party. Her Korean family name, Jeon is followed by her husband's.

The new married woman came from small village in Philippine and it was her world to be born, grown and lived. The 8 bothers and sisters had lived with alone father after his wife had passed away but recently her father got a sickness with the reason of hard work and low nitrification in farming.

But Jeon Eden did not come to Korea for her dream but for love!

But the letter's reply did not arrived within 2 moths.
"I herd the story after a while. That time he was very busy to care a Philippines who got a injured. You know? He sent his simple letter in a huge airmail envelope."
"That time I worried that would be arrived safely or not. So I used the speedy-express mail envelope." Mr. Jeon added.
Eden replied it immediately when she got it, but Mr. Jeon's letter came after 2 months with the story that he wanted to know her telephone number because of the mail was so slow. 23, August Mr, Jeon flight to Philippine his beloved foreign friend's country and arrived safely in Baguio City, his friends' town. After spending one night there, he went to Eden's working place to take 4 hours in bus in the middle of monsoon. But the appointed time was passed already.
"I said to my friend who met him in Korea that 'the appointed time is over. Why we wait more'. But she said we have to wait him who came from Korea to meet you." Mr. Jeon took off his bus with his unbalanced footstep. "When I saw him, I wanted to run away again with disappointment. But my friend ..."
"Are you Eden?", Mr. Jeon came to ask.
"Yes, I am Eden."
Mr. Jeon surprised when he looked her, the small height and big eyes. He stayed 12 days there and got appointment with her to come again to pick her up.

Mr. Jeon is now a employee in a drug store's auto-running machine company. He got a polio when he was a kid but his hope is to share his ability with others with his another normal leg.
"I hope that my husband get a lot of money to do his own work to help others.", the 4 months pregnant lady said. Now she is suffering serious her morning sickness. But Mr. Jeon can not cook the Philippine dishes. So it became his usual route to wait Philippine migrant worker who finished the daily working house to invite for cooking, for his wife's taste.

There are a lot of bad omen couple stories between Korean and oversea countries wife. For me, the concept of normal is for the virtue and general ethics follower in the society. Only that is a never crossed line between the normal people and abnormal people. Handicap is for the mind not physical limits.
For example, who takes glasses for more strong sight power, is it normal or abnormal? If you can think only a physical weaker is a handicap person not abnormal, that is helpful for your mature life. If the nature give a chance only for the stronger, human society have to distinguish from the savage order by our love and reasonable mind for cooperative and harmonious life. Once again who is the normal person. You or the couple. Think it with your heart.
