I can't withdraw my bank deposit because of suspension of payment.

Case : You do know that even if trainees who run away their training companies and the present trainees can withdraw their forced bank deposit from this year June.
But in the process of withdrawing it, many problems happened. One of them happened to illegal stayer who were trainees before.
When they tried to withdraw their bank deposit by presenting their ID cards, they realized that they couldn't get them because their bank accounts were in the suspension of payment. There are so many cases like this and many persons are suffering from get their money because that reason.

The process of solving problem : The suspension of payment means itself that a bank can't pay someone's money when someone's account lies in suspension of payment.
It can be in following cases : - in the case that a depositor don't redeem loan to the bank and although a person who lend money from a other creditor, but he don't re-pay it. In this case a bank or creditor can apply the suspension of payment to the bank.
Of course the creditor must submit the documentation of evidence that can be effective legally.
Most of trainees lend the recruitment charge from their agencies when they enter Korea. They should pay it monthly for their contract period. But after trainees escape their train company, the agencies don't receive the debts. So the agencies applies it.
But the further serious problem is that although someone already completes his payment duty, the agency applies it. We continue to resist against it and proclaim its injustice.
At last the KFSB ordered to the bank and agency about releasing of suspension of payment.
Now everyone who is suffering from it can get bank deposits. The problem disappeared.
But if the you have not repaid your debt, you should pay it after withdrawing money.
