And adding that "we can not but to request for the Detention House in Young-Deng-Po to protect them on the condition that our facilities are in excess of accomodations", the person also say that "After they were transferred to the Immigration Station Office in Mok-Dong, the police did not investigate on them at all."
Mr. Woon-Chul Ryeo delivered an application for perpetuation of evidence concerning the degree
of their injuries to the District Court in Suwon City on the 18th day to prepare the possibility for them to be exiled forcibly by the authorities on the pretext of their illegal stay. The civic organizations for civil liberty such as Rest Room for Foreign Laborer in Suwon City, Dasan Center for Human Rights, etc., made a decision to disclose the real truth of this case.
